Did your house burn down? 🔥🔥🔥

This is a question that’s gets asked to our clients by their friends and neighbors after seeing the demolition to their home. What would you think?

Honestly if I saw this, it would be the first thing that popped into my head too, but fortunately that Is not the case. RightAngle roofing and renovations was hired by a wonderful family to do some major renovations on their family home.

This 1970’s built brick home was due for some updating inside and out. The homeowners purchased it knowing they would eventually renovate but this was their dream property. The views are incredible on this 15 acre horse farm. Originally this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ranch with partially finished basement included 1 bedroom and bathroom in the basement as well.

Our process began after the homeowners provided us with the plans from the architect and we filed for all of the necessary permits. Once they were approved the demolition began and the the questions started pouring in. If you pass by this property often, I’m sure you’ve been amazed at how quickly the crews went from demo to framing the main house and pouring foundations and framing new additions. The transition was swift even with a few minor hiccups and some architectural changes.

We’ve already started the rough in and put on the shingled part of the roof. This project is moving right along. Travis Lemay has made sure scheduling of material deliveries and sub contractors have been a seamless transition. Even with specific manufacturer delays due to Covid 19, this project has been a steady stream of hardworking crews making sure everyone is doing their part to give these homeowners the house of their dreams. We couldn’t ask for better clients or crews.

Stay tuned for more updates, photos, and videos on this and other projects brought to you by RightAngle roofing and renovations.
